Living in Color
I prefer living in color.– David Hockney
Family a little hesitant about your upcoming photoshoot? Plan a paint fight to coax even the most reluctant of participants into some really colorful memories!
Luna (3) had a BLAST! Mama laughed the entire time. Daddy tolerated it. (He was such a good sport though, lol.)

Vintage Movie Night: Week 3
Fort Payne Film Society and Studio 3 are hosting Week 3 of their Vintage Movie Night tonight at Vintage 1889. They’re going to be showing Stars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, and the movie starts at 7PM!
Tonight’s Vintage dinner special will be the Han-Burger on Leia’s buns with Yoda soda.
Also, my husband, Jared Cushen, will be playing in the next room from 7-10, and, well, I’m a fan :).
Hope to see you there!
- Join the Vintage Movie Night group to stay up to date on future showings.
- Like Studio 3 on Facebook because they offer a huge variety of dance and theatre classes, and your child will thank you – Trust me! (Check out The Little Princess, Stars Without Limits, and Artists Without Limits classes. They’re awesome!)
- And…while you’re at it, Like the Fort Payne Film Society page, so they’ll keep showing these awesome movies.
It’s Dangerous to Go Alone!
So, my husband, Jared Cushen, is hosting the Songwriter’s Showcase tomorrow night at Mainstreet Deli, and the amount of talent in the lineup is mindblowing!
FYI: There will be plenty of open mic time if any songwriters out there want to join the fun.
